Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 60 years 2.Both males and females . 3.Subjects having non-specific low back pain 4.Pain intensity on Numerical pain rating scale grade 2 to grade 6 (moderate intensity)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of significant back trauma 2. Cognitive Impairment to provide signed informed consent 3. A patient with any recent trauma or back fracture, surgery, spinal cord injuries, tumors or neurogenic conditions
