Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Male subjects of age between 22 - 50 years. 2 Diagnosed cases of Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia as per CASA 2.1 Sperm count less than 15 million/ml, 2.2 Motility 2.3 Morphologically healthy sperms 3 Subjects who has signed for consent form 4 Subjects fit for Basti karma and Uttara basti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects with Azoospermia 2 Congenital disorders related with reproductive system like bilateral absence of the vas deferens, cryptorchidism, marfans syndrome, Klinefelterââ?¬•s syndrome. 3 Subjects unfit for Niruha basti and Uttara basti.
