Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cases of Malignant biliary obstruction patients planned for PTBD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are stented previously or with stent in situ. Patients with history of current intake of synbiotics/pro/prebiotics. Refusal for consent.
