Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Inclusion criteria includes patients with pulmonary tuberculosis 18 years of age and older, 2-exhibit shortness of breath on exertion, 3-have limitations in the activity of daily living and patients who have completed their chemotherapy. Furthermore, it was ensured that all patients included in this study were not enrolled for any other therapeutic interventions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for the subjects included contraindications to PR such as a history of myocardial infarction, angina, congestive heart failure and haemoptysis. 2-Patients with any orthopaedic or cognitive impairment that would interfere with the regular participation in the rehabilitation program or with any previous history of thoracic surgical intervention were also excluded.
