Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 15 to 60 years Gender both male and female Mild and moderate cruciate ligament Patient having pain tenderness swelling and looseness in knee joint Positive lachman and Anterior drawer test Patients having radiological investigation Patient willing to sign the informed consent and treatment during 70 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Evidence of old fractures in X-rays History of Septic arthritis History of Gonococcal arthritis History of Psoriatic arthritis Patient with any other serious systemic illness
