Inclusion criteria: 1. Decision-making family members of hospital admitted cancer patients who are referred for palliative care 2. Decision-making family members who are 18 years of age and above 3. Decision-making family members who can speak Malayalam, the regional language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other family members who are not decision-makers 2. Decision-making family members who cannot speak Malayalam
