Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic kidney disease stages 4 & 5 patients and planned for surgical arteriovenous fistula creation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with connective tissue diseases 2.Left ventricular ejection fraction 3.Patients presenting with HFpEF 4.Valvular heart diseases 5.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chest wall or parenchymal lung diseases, history of pulmonary thromboembolism 6.Chest wall abnormality 7.Portal hypertension 8.Poor echo window
