Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with diabetic foot ulcer on the planter surface (1 - 10sq. cm)attending PMR OPD at AIIMS Patna 2.Patients aged between 18 to 75 years 3. Ankle Brachial Index within 0.7 to 1.2 4. Wegner stage 1 ,2 5. Random blood glucose of 250 mg/dl or less

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with Diabetic Ketoacidosis, Hyperosmolar Hyperglycemic Syndrome 2. Sepsis , Gangrene 3. Bed bound patient 4. Patients on corticosteroids, immunosuppressive drugs or chemotherapy 5. Non Consenting patients
