Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed with Sandhivata will be included 2. Subjects of age group between 40 to 65 years will be included irrespective of their gender, religion and socio economic status 3. Subjects who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects suffering from Rheumatoid arthritis, Gout arthritis 2. Subjects suffering from severe pain, swelling and disability 3. Subjects with open wound 4. Subjects underwent for recent surgeries 5. Subjects on any internal medication 6. Subjects who are pregnant and lactating
