Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selection of Homoeopathic Medicines 1. The homoeopathic medicines covering at least 1/3rd or at least 50 % of the rubrics from the repertorization of PTSD symptomatology. Selection of cases for retrospective analysis 2. Cases covering the following four PTSD cluster symptomatology of DSM-5: i) At least one re-experiencing symptom â?? (involuntary, recurrent memories of past traumatic event, recurrent distressing dreams, flash backs) ii) At least one avoidance symptom (avoiding, things, places, people, events, objects related to traumatic event) iii) At least two arousal and reactivity symptoms (Irritable behavior, anger outbursts, self destruction, reckless, sleep disturbances, problems in concentration, exaggerated startling response) iv) At least two cognition and mood symptoms (Inability to remember main part of the traumatic event, lack of interest, negative emotions, feelings, no trust in anyone, persistent distorted thoughts, anger, guilt, shame, horror, inability to experience positive emotions). 3. PTSD cases treated with the indicated homoeopathic medicines short listed after the correlational analysis. 4. PTSD cases which completed at least six months of follow up period with intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Selection of cases for retrospective analysis • Cases which had a triggering traumatic event within the treatment period. • Cases taking other treatments for PTSD
