Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full term neonates requiring surgical intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Neonates with upper airway abnormalities 2)Neonates with foot deformities

1)Distance between the tip of tube and carina will be measured using fiberoptic bronchoscopy (in mm) 2)5 point auscultation- a) Bilateral air entry equal in lungs b) Not equal Timepoint: baseline (just after intubation we measure the distance of tip of tube from carina using flexible fiberoptic bronchoscope )
