Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients having healed post burn, surgical and traumatic scars 2)Patients having healed scars regardless of site 3)Scars ranging between 2cm to 8cm in maximum dimensions 4)Duration of scar ranging between 6weeks to 4 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)patients confirmed with anemia, sepsis, thrombocytopenia, fever 2)Patients having lesions over skin at site of injection 3)Patients with abnormal bleeding history, consuming platelet aggregation inhibitors, oral anticoagulants, non steroidal anti-inflammatory agents(till 2 days before procedure) or steroid medications(till 6 weeks before procedure)
