Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus 2. Within age group of 55-65 years 3. With duration of diabetes betwwen 1-10 years 4. Those with glycemic control having recent investigations (last 3 months): HbA1c >7% or FBS 70-130 mm/dL or PP BSL <180 mm/dL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. One or more positive mark on PARQ 2. History of stroke, cancer, acute illness 3. Presence of pain in lower limbs 4. Presence of complications like neuropathy, peripheral vascular disease 5. Involved in physical activity
