Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Following written consent, all patients, aged above 50 years, ASA Iââ?¬â??II, undergoing elective TKR will be enrolled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with coagulation disorders, cognitive impairment or communication disorders, and concurrent treatment with analgesics for other indications will be excluded from the study.
