Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II patients posted for lower limb surgery under spinal anaesthesia in supine position.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having uncontrolled hypertension. 2. Pregnant patient. 3. Patient undergoing unilateral spinal anaesthesia. 4. Severe cardiovascular disease. 5. Autonomic nervous system disorder. 6. Patients with BMI > 30 kg/square meter. 7. Uncooperative patients. 8. Patient refusal to give consent.
