Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years or above undergoing Buccal Mucosal Graft harvest for any indication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not giving consent 2. Patients with oral sub mucosal fibrosis 3. Active smokers 4. Patients with known drug allergy to local anesthetic drugs 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular compromise
