Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary insomnia Subjects with age ranging from 18 to 50 years old belonging to both the genders would be recruited Willingness to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary insomnia History of cerebro vascular accident Psychological illness Those who are under medication for insomnia
