Interventions

Intervention1: Kopalleum: Dermal Cream for skin application on scar. 1 gm of cream for 1 sq inch area of scar surface. Two times daily. After application do not wash. Control Intervention1: NIL: NIL

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Scar site completing more than 14 days of epithelialization 2. Immature and mature scar 3. Consent to take photograph of scar site

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with critical illnesses such as those with systemic infection or hemodynamic instability. 2. Patients with a major acute or chronic medical illness that could have impact on the wound healing process. 3. Patients who were pregnant. 4. Patients who declined to participate
