Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grades I,ASA II excluding heart failure and coronary heart disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases in which dense adhesions are present at cystohepatic triangle (no space to infiltrate between the gall bladder and liver bed ) intrahepatic gall bladders 2. Allergy to bupivacaine 3. known cardiac comorbidity (heart failure and CAD) 4. ASA III and above

VAS scoreTimepoint: 6 hrs, 12 hrs, and 24 hours and every 12 hrs until discharge
