Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients of age less than 60yrs. Postmenopausal women. Patients with post hysterectomy urinary incontinence. Clinically stable patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with Urinary tract infection. Diabetic patients. Women with renal disorders. Patients on diuretics. Patients with 2nd,3rd, and 4th-degree uterine prolapse. Urogenital malignancy. Patients with deranged kidney, hepatic and cardiac profile
