Intervention1: Meditation: Audio visual guided meditation three times a day for 15 days. One day pre operatively and 14 days post operatively

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients in the age group of 18 to 70 years and admitted for cancer surgery and require admission for more than 1 day. 2. All patients who have given informed consent for inclusion in study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. All patients who underwent day care procedures and discharged on the same day. 2. All patients with any diagnosed psychiatric disorder and already taking anti-psychotic, anti-depressant, anti-anxiety drugs. 3. Any patient requires more than 36 hours of ventilatory support post operatively
