Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willing to participate in the study More than 18 years of age Having oral malodor above a questionable level (OLT � 1.5) Not currently visiting a dentist for treatment Having one or more 3- to 6-mm periodontal pocket depth (PPD) that bleed on probing (BOP) Dentulous Having no daily smoking habit Having no adverse reactions to lactose or fermented milk products. Not using antibiotics within 3 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having acute symptoms requiring immediate oral cavity treatment Wearing prostheses Using probiotic supplements Having systemic illness
