Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I -II Modified mallampati classification (MMT) I-III Aged between 20 to 60 years undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia mouth opening � 2 cm BMI 20- 40 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal mouth opening less than 2 cm oropharyngeal pathology morbid obesity risk of regurgitiation
