Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Any individual who is clinically diagnosed and receiving treatment for hypertension for at least 2 months 2. Aged 18 years and above 3. Conscious and capable of effective oral communication without help 4. Availability to participate in assigned health education activities
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Serious diseases with the need for special care such malignant tumors, heart failure, kidney disease 3. Mental disorders, dementia or cognitive impairment
