Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient of both genders of age group of 16-60 years. 2)Diagnostic sign and symptoms of vataja pratishyaya(allergic rhinitis) 3)Patient fit for nasya karma 4)Patient with SFAR score >7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Presenting symptoms other than allergic rhinitis/ vataja pratishyaya(malaise,fever) 2) Known case of nasal polyp,nasal tumour,DNS,bronchial asthma,serious otitis media,sinusitis. 3)Patient with lower respiratory tract infection. 4)Patient with uncontrolled systemic disease. 5)Patient with history of nasal surgery. 6)Patient with other allergic disorders. 7)Patient with chronic use of any antihistaminic,nasal corticosteroids.
