Inclusion criteria: World health organization Surgical safety checklists of patients had surgery from October to November 2021 in General surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Surgical Oncology operation theatres of AIIMS Bhubaneswar.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgeries done beyond the specified Time-line.
