Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women or Girls in the age group between 16 to 40 Attainment of Puberty The subjects will not undergo any medication during their experimental phase.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who have attained Menopause at a early stage Women experiencing hormonal imbalance or Thyroid problems Women under medication for Mental illness Women suffering from joint pain or arthritis Pregnant women or Breast Feeding women
