Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: asa 1 2 3, Elective unilateral Knee replacement and ACL Surgeries Revision Knee Replacement Patient those willing for informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of psychiatric Medication H/O Any LA/ Opioid Consumption/ Allergy H/O Bleeding disorder/anticoagulant medicationS Infection at local Site of block Patient with neuromuscular disorders
