Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ALL female patients age 20-65 years having BMI >30 kg/m2 with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification Iââ?¬â??II, scheduled for elective surgery like Urogenital surgery, lower limb surgery or perianal surgery under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing emergency surgery Patients with preexisting low back pain and on medication. Two or more puncture were attempted or when spinal anesthesia failed Patients having previous exposure to spinal anaesthesia/ epidural. Pregnant women
