Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults above 18 years of age Both Gender Healthy individuals with BMI 18.5 to 29.9. Those who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hamstring tightness Any Neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disorders that affects study results Any recent trauma to LL or spine (e.g. fractures) Recent Spine or LL surgeries Pregnant females Diabetes mellitus
