Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Emergency Lower limb orthopedic surgery with a surgical duration of 1hr to 2.30 hrs. with normal coagulation profile well resuscitated in ememrgency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal,renal problem,allergy with medication, local infection at lumbar area ,pre existing neurological disorder ,caogulation defects, informed consent
