Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult individual without any gastrointestinal disorders Patients wearing removable or fixed prosthesis Individuals with at least 20 permanent teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of antibiotics for past 3 to 4 weeks Patients wearing Orthodontic fixed or removable appliances smokers and participants with deep fissured tongue Patients who are already using regular mouthrinse
