Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Continuous neck pain of more than ââ?¬â?? 1 month 2. Cervical radiculopathy 3. Degenerative cervical spine disease. 4. Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) ââ?¬â?? less than 6/10
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Onset of presenting neck pain episode after trauma (eg, whiplash) 2. History of cervical injury of trauma since the onset of presenting neck pain episode 3. History of cervical fractures 4. Inflammatory arthritis involving C-spine 5. Tumor or infection involving C-spine 6. Vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency 7. Neurologic disease (eg, multiple sclerosis, Parkinsonââ?¬•s disease, syringomyelia) 8. Congenital anomalies involving the C-spine
