Inclusion criteria: cases of IBS patient who willingly give the consent

Exclusion criteria: other than above age patient with other comorbidities patient with complication

increase or decrease in frequency and intensity of the present complains of the diseaseTimepoint: at the end of duration of action of medicine usually after 4 weeks of administration of homoepathic medicine.
