Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age between 18-65 years ASA grade 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Conversion to laparotomy An operative time of more than 2 hours Frozen shoulder Patients on chronic NSAIDS Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Atelectasis

VAS score abdominal pain will also be observed at rest and movement 0hours, 1 hour, 6hours , 12hours, 18hours , 24hours , 36hours and 48 hours.
