Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with more than 20 degrees of Hamstring tightness on Active Knee Extension Test (AKET). Grade 2 and 3 in Kellegren and Lawrence Scale. Tibiofemoral compartment (Unilateral Knee Osteoarthritis)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of lower limb surgeries (Past 6 months). Other pathologies related to hip and knee-septic arthritis. Hypersensitive skin. Recent lower limb fractures (Past 6 months) Circulatory pathologies- DVT, VARICOSE VEINS. Patients who cannot go in prone lying. Spinal surgeries. Patient on medication. Uncontrolled Diabetic mellitus. Patients with Low Back Pain having OA of knee. Subjects with previous history of ankle and foot impairment following fall/congenital abnormality. Neurological disorders. History of recent fall
