Intervention1: Reinforced Feedback in Virtual Environment: The interventional group will be trained using virtual reality games for improving upper limb function in stroke patients with Oculus Quest 2

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with first time ischemic MCA stroke within 5 days (2) Patients who can obey verbal commands. (3) Brunnstrom grading of voluntary control: Grade 1 or Grade 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Orthopedic impairments (2) Other neurological impairments (3) Visual defects
