Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Female patients in age group between 18-60years 2)American society of Anaesthesiologists(ASA) 1,2,3 3)Body mass index of more than 25kgm-2(overweight and obese patients).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with 1)abnormal airway contractures(neck contractures, mass in the neck) 2)previous neck surgery pregnancy 3)restricted mouth opening 4)thyroid swelling or cushings disease 5)cervical spine pathology 6)patients on steroid therapy will be excluded
