Intervention1: Sterile Aloe vera gel of 0.5mg obtained from parenchyma of Aloe vera plant: In patients with bilateral periodontal defects, on one side sterile Aloe vera gel obtained from the parenchym

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Subjects (Without any Systemic Diseases) with Bilaterally comparable periodontal defetcs. Pocket depth : 5-7mm Clinical attachment loss : More than 3mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of periodontal or antibiotic therapy in past 6 months. Any known disease or intake of any medication that affects periodontal status. Teeth with poor periodontal prognosis. Allergic to herbal medications. Aggressive periodontitis. Current Smokers and Alcoholics. Pregnant or Lactating females.
