Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Mild persistant cases of Asthma (as per WHO GINA guideline) with duration of more than 6 months. FEV1 and FEV1/VC below normal. 2.Symptoms/exacerbation (wheeze,cough and breathlessness greater than weekly and less than daily in frequency. 3.Night symptoms more than twice per month but less than once a week.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age above 60 years and below 18 years 2.Severe complicated cases of Bronchial Asthma like status asthmaticus. 3.Mild intermittent, Moderated persistent, severe persistent to severe Asthma. 4.Patients having uncontrolled diabetes, accelerated hypertension, Chronic and Acute renal failure etc. conditions in which urination is markedly diminished or excessive were excluded. 5.Dyspnoea resulting from other diseases like left ventricular failure, COPD (Chronic Bronchitis, Emphysema), upper respiratory tract obstruction, bronchiectasis, cases of tuberculosis, interstitial lung disease/occupational lung disease, tropical pulmonary eosinophilia & allergic broncho-pulmonary aspergillosis, pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung cancer, lung abscess and other such complicated conditions. 6.Pregnant and lactating mothers. 7.Patients who need Salbutamol inhaler daily. 8.Patients having classical symptoms of Maha, Urdha, Chinna and Kshudraswasa
