Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy individuals having CVA less than 50 degrees. 2. Individuals with either gender with the age of 20-40 years. 3. People who had not sought medical attention for a neck or shoulder ailment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have undergone any surgery involving spine. 2. Individuals having migraine and cervicogenic headache. 3. People with injuries, history of fracture or any other conditions of the shoulder girdle, spine or trunk. Individuals who refuse to participate in the research.

Range of Motion (ROM) Craniovertebral Angle (CVA) Timepoint: Baseline, 2 weeks, 4 weeks post treatment.
