Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the above mentioned diagnostic criteria.ïâ?¬Â ïâ??· Patient suffering from acute fissure in ano.ïâ?¬Â ïâ??· Patients between the age group of 16 to 70 Years, both gender, irrespective of religion, occupation and socio ââ?¬â??economic status
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient suffering from chronic fissure in ano and fissure in ano associated with sentinel pileïâ?¬Â ïâ??· Patient having malignancy, HIV, HbsAg will be excluded.ïâ?¬Â ïâ??· Patient suffering from fissure ââ?¬â?? in ââ?¬â??ano due to secondary causes like secondary to Ulcerative colitis , Tuberculosis, Syphilis, Crohnââ?¬•s disease, Inflammatory bowel diseases and other systemic diseases pertaining to colo-rectum .ïâ?¬Â ïâ??· Patients diagnosed with DM & HTN will be excluded.ïâ?¬Â ïâ??· Pregnant women
