Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)After normal delivery with live baby 2)Delivered with episiotomy 3)Delivered with perineal tear

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Post partum hemmorhage 2)puerperal shock 3)Complications like fibroid,ovarian cyst,severe anemia 4)On medication of hypertension,Diabete mellitus during antenatal period 5)Delivered with history of present L.S.C.S
