Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses from Dhiraj General hospital,SVDU Minimum experience of at least 1 year in nursing profession.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of back surgery. spinal deformities. Recent lower extrimity injuries or any neurological condition. pregnant women.
