Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women in reproductive age group(20-45years) diagnosed with uterine fibroid upto 2-3cm. Patient coming with pelvic pain, pelvic lump, menorrhagia with regular cycles. Patient willing to sign the informed consent follow the protocol and participate in clinical trial voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient unwilling to sign the consent form. Patients who have abnormal finding such as hemorrhagic cyst, tubo-ovarian mass, suspected pregnancy, bicornuate uterus and septate uterus in ultrasonography will be excluded from the study. Patient taking Hormonal therapy. Patient having history of AIDS, Syphilis, and Gonorrhea. History of Cardiovascular, Renal and Liver Disease. History of Diabetes (Type 1 or Type 2) History of Thyroid disease. History of Bleeding disorder. Patient having IUCD. Patients with systemic disease and malignancy.
