Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with failed or exhausted distal veins (clinically and preoperative color doppler study) 2) Patients with inadequate caliber of distal vessels for anastomosis (Doppler or intraoperatively) ââ?¬â?? Diameter of artery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Amputation of extremities and advanced peripheral artery disease with necrosis. 2) Patients with inadequate caliber or damage of proximal vessels. 3) Cannulated vessels. 4) Patients who lost follow-up.

1) To study patient demographics, such as age, sex, and comorbid conditions, such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, and hyperlipidemia. 2) To assess the post operative complications such as venous hypertension, steal syndrome, aneurysm, stenosis, bleeding and infection. Timepoint: at baseline, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months
