Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: participants with duration fixed as 12 weeks of onset as defined by diagnostic criteria participants eligible for nasya participants who have given informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participants with h/o epistaxis participants with nasal polyp participants with primary head ache and other secondary head ache uncontrolled diabetes mellitus(not taking medication and /or FBS > 110 participants with uncontrolled hypertention(not taking medication and/or systolic BP >140 and/or diastolic BP > 90
