Interventions

Intervention1: 45% Mandelic acid peel: 4 sessions at 4 weeks interval. Control Intervention1: 50% Glycolic acid peel: 4 sessions at 4 weeks internal.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to participate in the study. Patients of either sex with clinical features of melasma. Patients in the age group of 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below the age of 18 years and above the age of 60 years. Patients having any other hyperpigmented disorder on the face. Patients not willing to participate in the study. Pregnant or lactating females.
