Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 20-60 years 2. Subjects fulfilling the Rome IV criteria for constipation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Inflammatory bowel disorder, Ca-colon. 2. On medication known to cause constipation (opioid analgesics, antidepressants, anticonvulsants, amitryptiline). 3. Uncontrolled systemic ailments or Neurological illness. 4. Pregnancy and Lactation 5. Any other condition interfering the course of treatment will be excluded
