Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. 2.The age group between 16-25 years. 3. H/O Painful menstruation for at least 3 consecutive menstrual cycles. 4.Patients with regular menstrual cycle.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases OF secondary dysmenorrhoea with pelvic pathology like ovarian cyst, fibroid uterus and endometriosis. 2.Patients on hormonal therapy. 3.Patients with vaginal atresia,cervical stenosis and retroverted uterus. 4.Patients with systemic disease. 5.Patients with IUCD.

| Pre and post intervention assessment will be done. Symptoms like pain will be graded on VAS scale and score will be given accordingly.Timepoint: Treatment will be started 7 days before expected menstruation and continued up to another 3 days. Assessment-Will be done before treatment and on the 4th day of each menstrual cycle for 2 consecutive cycles. Post treatment follow up-on the 4th day of 3rd cycle. | — |
